Horizons Golf Resort is located at 5 Horizons Drive, Salamander Bay, Port Stephens, less than 45 minutes north of Newcastle on the NSW mid-north coast. If you are travelling from Sydney, it is just over two hours of easy driving once you have joined the F3 Freeway (then follow signs to Nelson Bay). If you travel by air, it’s just a 20-minute drive from Newcastle Airport.

Join the F3 Freeway north of Sydney.
Continue past the Newcastle exit.
Turn right at the roundabout at the end of the freeway, following signs to Taree / Brisbane
Travel left over the Hexham Bridge
Turn right into Tomago Road, following signs to Nelson Bay/Williamtown
Turn left onto Nelson Bay Road, following signs to Nelson Bay
After passing Port Stephens Winery and Go Karts sign, turn left at the next roundabout, following signs to Salamander Bay.
At the next roundabout, turn right into Salamander Way.
The entrance to Horizons is approximately 1km along on the right hand side Travel time is approximately 2.5 hours from Sydney CBD

Follow New England Highway South to Maitland.
Continue through Maitland on the New England Highway towards Hexham.
Veer left over the Hexham Bridge (following signage for Raymond Terrace & Taree)
Turn right into Tomago Road, following signs to Nelson Bay/Williamtown
Turn left onto Nelson Bay Road, following signs to Nelson Bay
After passing Port Stephens Winery and Go Karts sign, turn left at the next roundabout, following signs to Salamander Bay.
At the next roundabout, turn right into Salamander Way.
