Career Highlights: Shared 4th place in the 1994 Ford Golf Classic in Europe, which was her debut Tournament as a Professional. Won the 1996 German Open. Made her debut for Europe in the 1996 Solheim Cup. In 2000, recorded eight top 20 finishes, which led to her best financial season on the LPGA Tour. Also tied for 27th in the same years US Women’s Open, her best finish in an LPGA major. Within 2002 Joanne tied for sixth place at the First Union Betsy King Classic, along with finishing 10th place in both the Wegmans Rochester LPGA and the Giant Eagle LPGA Classic.

Personal: Started playing golf at the age of 13. Credits her mother Jean as the individual most influencing her career.
